It’s what usually happens when you try to do some reading on making healthier choices. I hear this
from my clients every day, they want to do the right thing, but become overwhelmed with the sheer
volume of conflicting information available.

This is where I come in.

As a certified Nutritional Therapy Consultant I work one-on-one with my clients to take steps towards
improving their health. I help you cut through all the confusing, contradictory and often fear-based health
and nutrition advice and come up with a game plan based on your unique bio-individuality.

When it comes to diet and nutrition, one size most definitely does not fit all.

The Process

If you’d like to know more about me, you can schedule a free 50 minute Wellness Assessment
to discuss your goals and I can share how I work. If you already know that you’d like to work
with me, you should still schedule the free 50 minute Wellness Assessment since that is the first
step in working together.

I am available by phone or Skype video chat if you don’t live in the Redding, CA area. During our
appointment I will review your health history and discuss your long and short term goals.
Then I’ll present my plan and suggestions of what steps to take to accomplish your goals.

This is your body and your health, so we always work at the pace you are comfortable with. My
job is simply to provide personalized guidance and inspire you to pursue the health you desire.
